Overview
As an Operations Intern, I supported the planning and execution of CAS and MSTP Testimonials 2026, with a focus on reducing manual administrative work. I identified a recurring bottleneck in manual document preparation and form submission, and self-initiated a web-based solution to automate and centralize the process across colleges. Separately, I independently took the existing 2025 BS MST Booklet and rebuilt it from scratch as the 2026 BS MST Primer — a password-protected website with an integrated AI chatbot for BS MST freshmen FAQs.
Responsibilities
- Built a UP-exclusive website (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) that automates Certificates of Completion and other document templates for CAS Testimonials 2026
- Used Canva’s Bulk Create and Google Apps Script to automate graduating students’ names for CAS Testimonials 2026 slide deck
- Self-initiated a university-wide web platform that replaced the manual download-fill-submit template process with an on-site fill-and-download workflow, used across all 9 UPLB colleges before submission to Google Forms
- Independently rebuilt the 2025 BS MST Booklet as the 2026 BS MST Primer, a standalone website covering program history, curriculum, faculty, advisers, academic procedures, and FAQs
- Implemented custom access control via a Cloudflare Pages Function — a password-gated login screen with hashed, cookie-based session auth (no plaintext password ever sent to the browser) — instead of relying on default Basic Auth
- Built and deployed an AI chatbot (Cloudflare Workers AI) embedded directly in the site to answer freshman questions on courses, faculty, and procedures, grounded entirely in the primer’s own content
